1. Thongs are allowed. Some girls have won this contest without a thong.

   
   

2. All swim ware must be tastefully worn. This is not a nude contest. The producer of the show has sole discretion if he or she feels the suit exposes to much.

   
   

3. There is no flashing. NO EXCEPTIONS.

   
   

4. In case of a tie both girls would be declared the winner and share the prizes equally.
